Joining the team Nike High Heels tapped other stylish women for its Kors Collaborations campaign beginning in fall 2012.The inaugural collaboration featured a shoppable ebook from photographer Claiborne Swanson Frank called Claiborne on Kors (see story).The second installment was leveraged through the brand’s seasonal digital efforts and called on musical influencer Alexandra Richards to push the holiday 2012 collection.The disc jockey, artist and model was the face of the second Kors Collaborations and offered consumers a playlist, an exclusive interview and images of her modeling self-styled looks from the holiday collection (see story).Kors Collaborations helps the brand show off its lifestyle side and proves that it is in touch with the younger generations.“The Kors Collaborations campaign is an escalation of this front row phenomenon,” Ms. Ross said.“By aligning brand with a beautiful, young, rich, famous, creative person with a glamorous life, Nike High Heels is signaling that these are attributes the brand possesses and that everyone who wears the clothes can possess too,” she said.
